With a master's degree in Sports Management, she is currently pursuing a second master's in Educational Leadership. Neena’s background includes over a decade of experience as a coordinator and teacher at a prominent Bengaluru-based school, where she dedicated herself to both academic and athletic excellence. Her vision for the Kickstart Foundation is to create programs that seamlessly blend sports and education, empowering youth to thrive both on and off the field.
